Postpartum Nutrition Counseling Includes:

• A 75-minute telehealth call and two 45-minute follow-up sessions where we develop an individualized, optimized plan depending on your needs — breastfeeding support, postnatal healing, baby blues, and more.
• Submit your clinical intake with details about your medical and family history, symptoms, medications, supplements, and regular diet.
• Specific nutrient needs to support breastfeeding and postnatal healing.
• Meet 1:1 via a secure video telehealth platform to discuss your goals and challenges, and to get a specific, actionable plan. Your plan will be effective but not overwhelming.
• Access to comprehensive specialty labs such as full nutrient testing, gut health testing, and food sensitivity testing. (For the cost of the test).
• Review test results and get actionable plans.
• Meal plans, supplement protocol, handouts and resources specific to your needs.
• Ongoing professional support for the implementation of your plan.
