This blood test looks at the antibodies that may cause food sensitivity if you already have a gluten sensitivity. If you have Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity or a dairy sensitivity, it may be due to foods that behave like gluten, including, but not limited to, whey protein, yeast, coffee, sesame, tapioca, soy, and egg.

You may consider this test if you have Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, Celiac disease, limited improvements from a gluten-free diet, an autoimmune disease, and/or digestive symptoms resistant to standard therapy.
